REPORT PROGRESS CHAPTER 1 ( Week 7 )


Activity : Student can start making their FYP 1 report.



Objective :  Help student to complete their FYP 1 report before deadline.




Content/Procedure : 



1) Student need to make some research for FYP 1 report. 


2) Student held discussion session with supervisor in order to guide them completing the report.


3)  Student can refer to the example of FYP 1 report that their supervisor showed. 


4) Besides, student also can refer to the slide from 1st FYP 1 workshop which can help student to proceed with the report.


5) Download the Final Report Template from http://fyp.bmi.unikl.edu.my/guidelines.php so student can follow the correct format for FYP 1 report.





Result & Analysis : 



1) Based on research that has been done, student can proceed with chapter 1 of the report.


2) Supervisor gave valuable inputs to be put inside the report.


3) By referring to the guidelines. Student know each subtopic that must be included in chapter 1.










Conclusion : As conclusion, student manage to start with chapter 1 for the FYP 1 report. The progress later will be showed to supervisor for her opinion.

Activity : Submitting the draft of FYP 1 report to the supervisor. Objective : To ensure and help student finish FYP 1 report before the deadline. ESTIMATING COMPONENT COST ( Week 16 )

Activity : Estimating component and project costing. Objective : Help student to make a budget planning for the FYP project. Content/Procedure :  1) Student make a list of component that need to buy. 2) Student survey the price of components online and make a rough estimation. Result & Analysis :  1) A list of component with their pricing has been made. This is important in order to help student a make a budget for the project. Besides that, student can compare which seller or shop that selling the components with more cheaper and affordable price. This also help student to compare which components with better quality. Figure below show estimated pricing for those components.  Conclusion : Briefly, student manage to make a list of components that need to be used for the project.
